A nice breakfast keeps you in a good mood. Feeding yourself in the morning will keep your spirits up throughout the day. Here I show you a delicious dish, cheese vegetable omelet.
A piece of thin pancake, 2 eggs , a little of celery leaves, a little of cheese , seafood sauce .
- Get the Ingredients ready;
- Take a big bowl, stir 2 eggs in the bowl, add in celery leaves and seafood sauce, keep stirring till them blend well;
- Brush a little of olive oil on a small pan, turn on fire. Pour the eggs into the pan after pan is hot. When the egg is right to be solid, put the pancake on the top, make them melt together;
- When the egg and pancake is solid enough for overturn, turn them over, fry them for 10 second. And then turn fire off. Put the omelet on the ovenware, wafer side down;
- Scatter cheese on the omelet, put the omelet into oven, Bake until the cheese melts and then the delicious omelet is done!
